The Website is free to use, apart from your own internet charges. Submitting quotes or job applications is limited to people aged 18 and above.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the Website, in whole or in part:

• to protect the security of the Website or its users;
• if the Website is used fraudulently or abusively;
• for maintenance or repair; or
• if you breach these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Job listings may be filled or withdrawn without notice, and submitting an application does not guarantee employment. You use the information on the Website at your own risk.

You agree to cooperate with us in the defence of any such claim. We may take sole control of the defence of any matter covered by this indemnity, at your cost. This indemnity will continue after you stop using the Website.

To the extent permitted by law, J&R Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Fraud warning

Fraudsters sometimes pose as companies to obtain money or personal information.

• We will never ask for your passwords, OTPs or bank details by phone, email or messaging apps.
• Job offers from J&R Global come only from an @jrglobalgroup.com email address or our listed office numbers.
• If anyone asks you for money or documents on our behalf and you are unsure, call our office before responding, and report it to legal@jrglobalgroup.com.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our use of personal data and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

14. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms immediately, this does not mean we have waived it.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
