J&R Global Security Manpower Services Private Limited is backed by international expertise of more than 20 years in guarding, event security and facility services. In India we supply trained security guards, bouncers, CCTV monitoring, housekeeping and hospital support staff. Our Heads Office is in Mohali.

JR Security Services has protected businesses, events and communities in Australia for more than 20 years. J&R Global brings the same training, supervision and reporting standards to India, starting with Punjab.

How We Work

Verified before deployment
Background and police verification is completed for every guard before posting, as required under PSARA.
Trained for the site
Guards receive training before deployment and a site briefing on the post instructions agreed with you.
Supervised on every shift
Field supervisors visit posts, check registers and attendance, and report issues to you.
One point of contact
A named coordinator handles your account — staffing changes, leave cover and monthly reviews.

Hakikat Singh
Singh brings over 19 years of experience in operations, business development, client relationship management and risk control across banking, financial services, fintech and security operations.
At J&R Global, he leads business operations and client partnerships, working closely with businesses, hospitals, housing societies and event organisers to understand their site requirements, assess risks, and design the right security and staffing solutions. His overseas experience in security assessment and manpower calculation enables him to create practical, cost-effective plans tailored to each site’s operational needs.
He has deep expertise in sales management, collections, audit and fraud investigations, with a strong focus on compliance, service quality and team management. From the initial site assessment and quotation to ongoing service reviews, he ensures clear communication, accountability and consistent delivery across every engagement.

Navdeep Singh, Director, J&R Global — Director
Navdeep Singh
Nav oversees field operations and workforce management at J&R Global, focusing on efficient resource planning, team coordination and consistent service delivery. He works to ensure that every client receives a security solution aligned with their site requirements, operational priorities and budget.
His areas of expertise include budget management, security risk assessment, manpower planning, staff recruitment and training and day-to-day operational supervision. He also supports accounting and financial coordination, sales development and corporate account relationship management, helping maintain effective communication and dependable service across client engagements.
With a hands-on approach to leadership, Navdeep focuses on building capable teams, managing resources responsibly and maintaining the service standards clients expect from J&R Global.
